Order Process

Ordering is simple and quick using our online ordering system, which is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Shipping & Returns

Subject to this Agreement, goods will be supplied as shown on your order confirmation or invoice, which is automatically sent, once you place your order.

Once your product artwork is approved & customised, it usually takes 8 to 10 business days for stocked products, some products might take longer shipping times if they are shipped from overseas.

We will use our best to meet stated time frames for delivery, however, from time to time mostly during holidays & other busy periods, our shipping service providers may suffer delays beyond our control. Please allow up to 2 -4 Weeks delivery.

A signature may be required for some deliveries and some marketplace. You are responsible for ensuring you are able to accept delivery.

If you opt to pick up your order from our store location, Your order will be shipped to our store from our warehouse and will be ready for collection when we notify you. We will send you an email or text or both confirming your order is ready for pickup.

Customer shall inspect the goods on delivery and shall, within seven (7) days of delivery (time being of the essence), notify us of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage with the description & photos if requested.  If the customer fails to comply with these provisions, the goods shall be presumed to be free from any defect or damage. For defective goods which we have agreed in writing that the customer is entitled to reject, our liability is limited to either (at our discretion) replacing the goods or repairing the goods.


Returns will only be accepted provided that:

(a) the customer has complied with the provisions mentioned above
(b) we have agreed in writing to accept the return of the goods; and
(c) the goods are returned at the customer’s cost within twenty (20) days of the delivery date; and
(d) We will not be liable for goods which have not been stored or used in a proper manner; and
(e) the goods are returned in the condition in which they were delivered and with all packaging materials, brochures, and instruction materials in as new condition as is reasonably possible in the circumstances.
We may (in its discretion) accept the return of goods for credit, but this may incur a handling fee of thirty dollars ($30) plus any freight.


Shipping / Delivery Cost

  • Standard freight is free to one location in Australia or New Zealand.
  • Split Delivery is available at$35 per additional delivery location.
